Support Working Families

Working families are the backbone of Oklahoma, and they deserve policies that reflect their value.  We’re fighting for paid family leave, affordable childcare, and access to quality healthcare.  Raising the minimum wage and protecting workers'  rights will ensure that no one who works full-time lives in poverty.  Our goal is to create an economy that works for everyone.

Strengthen Public Schools

We believe every child deserves access to a high-quality public education.  We support increasing teacher pay and fully funding classrooms so educators can focus on teaching — not scraping together resources. Strong public schools are the foundation of a strong economy and thriving communities.  We’re committed to keeping public dollars in public schools and opposed the private school voucher scheme. 

Defend Freedom

Freedom means having the power to make personal decisions without government interference — especially when it comes to free speech, healthcare,  voting,  and our personal lives.  We will always defend the right to vote and fight back against efforts to restrict access to the ballot. We believe Oklahomans should have the freedom to make private medical decisions without political interference.  House Democrats are standing up for individual rights,  civil liberties,  and the democratic values that protect all of us.
